Presenter Guidelines & Expectations

• All proposals must be submitted online, including keynote and general session proposals. No exceptions.
• All submissions must be complete in order to be considered.
• Individuals may submit a maximum of two proposals per calendar year.
• Presentations may not serve as sales pitches or promotional sessions.
• Leadership Ohio presentations are generally pro bono unless otherwise negotiated.

While speakers/presenters are typically not compensated financially, participation offers meaningful opportunities to:

• Engage directly with influential statewide leaders
• Expand visibility among senior decision-makers
• Build relationships across sectors and industries
• Contribute to leadership development and civic progress across Ohio

Many Leadership Ohio participants also hire speakers and facilitators for their own organizations and events.

The deadline for submissions for 2027 is December 10, 2026.
